The Leibniz Research Alliance Resilient Ageing combines the expertise of scientists from fourteen Leibniz Institutes to set up a highly interdisciplinary and coherent research agenda to study ageing from a comprehensive perspective. We will use our joined forces to take a look at the individual biological ageing process in connection with lifestyle, nutrition, education and other socioeconomic and sociopolitical factors. The aim of our research is to develop strategies at all levels so that more people can grow old in good health and society is not overwhelmed by rising healthcare costs.

Our website aims to provide interesting facts, news and resources for the interested visitor and dedicated researcher alike.
Explore all fourteen partner institutes all around Germany, what they are responsible for and how they interact and contribute to public research using our new interactive map. The event calendar lets you find all upcoming events at a glance, so you will never miss anything again. The comprehensive collection of publications facilitates citing and research work. And yet, there is much more to explore.
Going forward, all important updates will be published here, so stay tuned for more.
